Next Up Leader is not a lecture-based training program. It is a practice-based dojo where leaders drill real communication challenges under pressure until the skills become instinct. Founded by Isaiah McPeak — a 6x founder, turnaround CEO, and executive coach who has personally sold $35M+, led 150+ Fortune 500 engagements, coached 10 national champions, and trained 2,500+ leaders.

- **Sales Dojo**: Weekly 60-min group sessions focused on revenue conversations, discovery, negotiation, and earning commitment. For sales teams, founders, and BD leaders.
- **Complexity Skills**: Weekly sessions and frameworks for complex problem solving, strategic communication in ambiguity, influence without authority, and decision-making under pressure. For directors, VPs, founders, and senior managers.
- **AI on the Job**: Workshop series teaching AI tools applied to real workflows, prompting as a strategic skill, and staying irreplaceable as a human. For any team using or adopting AI tools.
- **Company Workshops**: Half-day or full-day on-site or virtual workshops. Topics include trust model, revenue conversations, executive presence, and managing difficult conversations. From $2,200/day + travel.

## Methodology

The dojo method is built on three pillars:
1. Real challenges — participants bring actual upcoming challenges (hard conversations, pitches, negotiations) and work them live.
2. Roleplay under pressure — repeated practice until the right response becomes automatic.
3. Frameworks that explain why — classical rhetoric (Aristotle, Cicero, the five canons) combined with behavioral brain science.
